The St. John-Sacred Heart Board of Education is a policy-making body responsible for the operation and evaluation of the education program in the parish.  The School Board is advisory to the pastor and is accountable to the Ordinary of the Diocese of Green Bay and the Diocesan Board of Total Catholic Education.  

The board meets monthly, except July and December, usually on the second Thursday at 7:15 p.m. at the Sacred Heart school building.  All meetings are open to the public except those designated as Executive Session.  To be placed on the agenda, please contact the board president or school principal at least two weeks prior to the meeting.

The school board deals with policy matters for the school, development, and financial management. 

Development Committees

The Development Committees consist of all school board members and any interested parents in the following areas:

• Marketing /  Recruitment & Retention
• Annual Giving / Endowment
• Strategic Planning
• Finance
• Fundraising
• Alumni
• Volunteer Program

The above sub-groups meet from 6:30 - 7:15 p.m. on the same evening as the scheduled board meeting.  New committee members are always welcome.  Please contact the school board president or principal for details on how to get involved.
